Ok todays a lovely sunny day when I could have got a stack of painting blitzed through.
But no; Fran & I took our friend Naeema out for a birthday treat to http://goape.co.uk/days-out/rivington

I ache in places I can't discuss, I've found Wood chippings in me undies, bugs in me hair, torn me hiking boots and I've rope burns in places where I know that's gonna hurt like a sunnofabitch, but all in all it's been an BLAST.

Methinks it's time for a long long long cold one.

The one you went to has an almost 200m zip line... did you go one that one? I have been close to a few Go Ape places but never given them a go. It looks awesome though.

Painting is a lot safer

I agree, but 30- 40 feet up in a tree doesn't sound bad till you look down. Gets you over your vertigo PDQ or the people below learn to run for cover fast.
Still I stuffed up the Cargo Net Climb. Missed my initial grasp and footing and took so long I ended up with "Jelly Legs and Rubber Arms" and couldn't get enough lift or pull to climb the bl**dy thing. Ended Up getting an additional Line to help out.....
