well I was going to do a wargroup for the PP gencon contest...then I barely got her done as work decided to take up all my time for a while there, had to finish her in the booth, so a little less than I had hoped.

Anyway, Thanks to kev (rodnik) for the photos.

Well if this is what you do when your pushed for time..... but then Ive seen what you can do when you go nuts. Great stuff as always. Love the red one of the hardest colors for me to do well and youve done a great job with it.

Voted a 9.

HOLY CRAP THATS GOOD! What colors did you use for the armor and the red cloth. It\'s great to see the differance between the armor and cloth even though it has the same color.

thanks! the red is just GW Red Gore and Blood Red. The main difference between the armor and the cloth is that despite being the same colors, the armor is highlighted more, all the way to white, to show reflectiveness, while the cloth isn\'t to show that it\'s a duller material. :)

Superb looking mini :D I voted a 9, but the photos are a bit dark, or is it me? and I cant quite see all the details. If I could it could be a better vote. Love your work by the way, my favorite is still \"Hyrekia\"

yep, the photos aren\'t mine actually! I actually finished her about 5 minutes before going into the PP case at gencon and sold her about 5 minutes after she came out, so I couldn\'t do my own photos. I was lucky enough to get photos taken for me, and I really really appreciate that, but I didn\'t have time to sit down and take the time on the photos myself. I do think this is a little dark. I\'m actually starting to get the feeling that my monitor at home might be unusually bright (where I do my levels corrections), because I\'ve been noticing that while they look just right there, on other computers they tend to be dark...

Oh well, sorry about that! I just wanted to get her up in my gallery for everyone :)

It looks great, of course, but the slight off-focusness (is that a word? ??? It should be, anyway! :)) bothers me a little. But, if the alternative was no photos at all, I guess you\'re forgiven! ;) lol

I really like this one, simple but yet effective. However as some has pointed out the pictures could be sharper and a bit brighter.

That monitor thing is dependant if a monitor has good contrast or not... and also if it\'s correctly set-up. Sometimes I\'m shocked at the difference between different monitors. Especially when colours differ... yet another explanation to shifting scores. ;)
