Space Hulk?

If I remember right they were in one of the add ons but I am not sure which of them. The second edition game may have included them as standard. I had the first edition and so didn\'t buy that one even though the termie models were alot better but by that time I had replaced mine for the metal ones from the Citadel range.

I\'m pretty sure they were in Deathwing. Genestealer only really added the rules for psi powers (Librarians, and Genestealer Hybrids).
I own all the rules, and all the WD that were released back in that time frame. I think there was one Mission creation book that was only released in the UK, that I wouldn\'t have.
On another note I own this rather nice scanner, I don\'t use it much. I\'ve been trying to think of something that could get some use out of it, as it just sits here under my desk soaking power all day. Maybe some weekend when I don\'t have a baby to watch I\'ll see if it still works.
EDIT: \'vike or someone remind me to test that scanner. Had a shite day at work, and had a few so may forgot to check it out this weekend without a \'nudge\'

yes the solo rules are in the deathwing expansion. I own space hulk and deathwing, plus most of the white dwarves. I also have a copy of the \"second\" computer game, ebay usually has a few copies of this for sale. if your computer would play it, I recommend picking it up too, very cool. Space Hulk was only a gamesworshop game, not MB. I am not an expert but the only games I know for sure that GW did with MB were: Heroquest, Battle Masters, and Space crusade. All of which were great games that I own.
although space hulk was released at two different times by GW. I have the original version. Another note of interest, the genestealers were not part of the tyranid forces in the original version but a seperate race.

Ya, know, I have a TON of \'old\' White Dwarves...and all from that Era...I\'d be willing to bet I\'ve got some gold out there in that shed of mine.

I love space hulk. I think its the tension of the game that gets me going...knowing that a marines T.D.A doesnt do jack once one of them bloody critters gets in close. Running out of ammo for your flamer also adds that little more tension not to mention jamming and those lovely blimps!.

Haven\'t had a chance to check the scanner. I\'ve seen the misssion books up on a few torrent sites like The Pirate Bay, but never the rulebooks. The painting guide still has not shown, not sure what the delay is, knowing Canada, it\'s probably stuck at Customs somewhere and eventually I will get a notice to go to some office and end up having to pay $20 duty on it.

Wow I love that epic space hulk! I wonder what the scale is to photoscale the tiles to? That would be sweet to make.
I\'ve never bought Space Hulk as I own Space Crusade and thought they\'d be too similair to own both (although I imagine they play quite differently.)
I find these types of games are easier to get \"non-gamers\" to play, as they are easy to set up and dont have mountains of rules, but that doiesnt mean to say they aren\'t fun!
I\'m currently updating my space crusade set with some new mini\'s, as I found the originals awful to paint and as they\'re all in the same pose, they look like pawns on a chess board.
You can get sets quite cheap on ebay, and actualy download most of the rules etc from here;

I wish Space Crusade didn\'t sell for so damned Much on eBay. I\'ve been trying to find a copy for a couple years now.
I\'ve got Advanced Space Crusade which is pretty much Space Hulk +, with slightly more complex rules and more unit types. But I was never able to find the basic Space Crusade game here.
On a similar note, why they heck do Heroquest expansions go for hundreds of dollars?!? My wife and I played through Heroscape the first year we were dating, and I would love to break that game out again 15 years later, but I don\'t really want to play throught the same basic story again.

I stupidly just bought a new space crusade set for £25 off ebay as I thought I had loads missing, turns out it was only the dreadnought I melted,lol. I found the missing chaos marines. As I\'m replacing all the mini\'s anyway, I might be able to sell this new set, I just need a replacement for the dreadnought! How much do you have to pay in Canada?
Oh and I totaly forgot I have the Space Hulk Playstation game, the graphics are awful but the gameplays still quite good, they should bring out a HD version of it!

Well the two copies that are currently up for sale are both at C $124.93, and that\'s before shipping, and incomplete!
AKA about $75 more then I would really want to spend for a complete copy.
