Space Marine, Mantis Assassin, and more.

I\'ve got my Space Marine Captain in pre-heresy armour painted up. He was a commission for Matt Gubser, of Prophet miniatures, who sculpted/converted the model himself. He wanted it painted up in the new ultramarines colour scheme, and I was happy to oblige. Next up is the mantis assassin for the CMON contest. She was quite fun to do, and very fast....and I like fast women. I\'ll probably be done another miniature in the next few days, Drogathog, who I\'ve been weeping over for the past few months. My printer is down, however, and I wanna give him a nice blue-white gradient, so I might have to wait a bit. Anyways, I\'ll post him on this thread later.

Heheh, maybe don\'t upload it quite yet, my mini is/was getting hammered.... Started at 7.0, with one more vote it was at 4.5, and then at 4.3.....

Yes, the face does look better now. I recall I really liked the boots, they still look good. And the NMM buckles are very well done.

Okay, here is the next question...Which is the better picture? This one, or the old one?

Its a bazillion times better, I can actually make out the difference between the cloak and tabard.

Its still too big though, put a scale on it, at the moment it looks like its a normal sized mini, but I know this one is on the small size.

Arrr, I dunno if I can recreate this pic with a ruler in it...it was the culmination of about 20 variations of lighting and positioning, and everything\'s messed up again. She\'s also not that small height-wise, she\'s more just...dainty, petite, fine, etc.

So, hypothetically, if I were to upload a new one, how many people who had commented on her would contemplate choking/and or hurting me or my loved ones?
