The head is from MaxMini I think. I wanted to paint a mini up with this head and try to make it look sorta "300"ish. So I tried to go for a colour scheme that might look a little "Subdued and earthy" but may have only succeeded in "Repetitive and Boring.". Had fun painting it though! Hadn't painted a marine in forever +1. Will do another one very soon. Thanks for looking everybody, much appreciated. I also am using this mini to enter into the WAMPED II and a ladder duel vs. Vern over on WAMP. Wish me luck.

I like that Scott, nice limited pallette :good: I know I've harped on before and don't want to be too tiresome but I particularly like the brown tone of the base, feels like forever you've been using that same red tone. Vive la difference!


Might just be light reflecting in the pic but it looks as though a few minutes glazing some ink onto the face (darklining?) could resharpen the helmet detail a bit.
