Space Wolf Army pics

Ok here is my space wolf army. As you can see its heavily themed on armour mks. The oldest suits of armour are the terminator suits. Then i have experienced wolf guard in MK4 maximus armour. Then it jumps to Grey hunters in MK6 corvus armour, with a few grey hunters in MK7 armour. And then i have my newly recruited Blood claws in MK8 errant armour. The whole army is heavily converted and decorated. And the use of metal shoulder pads add to that authentic detailled look. Enjoy.

And now i just have one model left to build for this army... my Wolf Lord, and hes going to be in MK3 Crusade armour. Which i\'m basing on rhino crew shoulder pads, IW helmet, and classic oop long fang legs. Oh and lots of greenstuff!!! Expect to see an even more detailled freehand banner then the the wolf or rune priests, and another big kill on the base.

Love the battle damage on the tanks - not overly fond of SW\'s myself, but your conversions are kick ass

Very impressive.

I think it would have been cool if you could have found some classic minis for your older armour. Like the old plastic beakies that came in the marine box, or the old Rogue Trader days original Terminators.

What did you use as snow on your bases ? I\'m collecting any new possible info on making snow bases Newest method I know of is flour...
