Ok folks. I said I would post some stuff so here ya go. I have stated before that I am fairly new to the hobby. I've picked up a brush and minis a few times in the past years with very little success. If anything I learned how not to paint. Over the past year or so I've studied painting techniques without picking up a brush. Now I'm putting brush to paint to mini. I'm working on two things. Blending and not spending large amounts of time on the same prodject. I have no delusions about my abilities. I don't think I'm gonna be the next golden demon winner. What I am hoping for is some constructive criticism. I know there will be plenty of things that you can point out that I need to work on. If possible could you please point out something I did that you like as well as the things I did poorly. I am trying to paint in a style that is my own and that I will be proud of when I'm done. I'm not trying to copy any particular style. In the coming years I hope to develop a style that is all my own. Thank you for your time and any comments you want to send my way. With that said here's a Space Wolf Rune Priest I made from bits both old and new and some green stuff. I know that wolves don't use the skull with horns on their shoulder pads. It was primed before I realized what I had done. I was in the process of making this one a regular librarian when I changed gears for some reason. Not wanting to loose lots of time I commenced with the painting. I'm attempting to link some images below. Let me know if they don't work.
