I am asking something about the rules, I guess this is what this forum should be about, the rules of 40k. What models bedides terminators and dreadnoughts can take heavy flamers? WTF is an Aspiring Champion and what is the stat line on Noise Marine equipment?

Catachan special weapon troopers
Immolators
Defilers

An aspiring champion for chaos is basically the same as an imperial space marine Veteran Sergeant. ie slightly better stats and access to the armoury

On the Noise marine - can\'t post stats from books as it breaks copyright laws

You missed out Catachan imperial guard and all imperial guard vehicles
