Hey all its not too often i post on this thread page however circumstances are a bit different as there's no wip for this project just the finished article.
The finished article being a jet pack conversion for a special edition 70mm scale spacemarine (something of a rarity im told).
So the background, the conversion was for Wargamesculptor he's running his own terrain gaming business now http://www.wargamesterrainworkshop.co.uk/
Anyway he asked me to do one conversion the normal/standard jump pack however choice is a wonderful thing so i did two, the standard and another loosley based on the sanguinary guard back pack (but without those gaudy wings)
here are the completed products hope you like, remember this is a larger than normal mini 70mm as opposed to 28mm.

These sculpts were a great surprise having an option on which backpack to use ! The precise nature of cassar's work made a standard piece of marine kit a work of art, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of having this man build them a bigature get in touch with him at the earliest possibility you won't be dissapointed !

They both look good, this model in question is a Forgeworld piece from the old collector's series a Death Company marine, I have one somewhere.

Excellent work Cassar. What is the grey stuff? I remember you saying how you wanted to venture into smaller scale. Any WIP shots to show how you did it?
