Spending time in \'High Places\'

Just wondering if there has been a heatwave in Britain or anything. It was pretty hot when I came back today.
What\'s been happening.
Sorry this is a bit UK related, although I know of heatwaves in New York City.

Yah, was burny burny for a bit. Still, now the crap weathers back we can all relax.
It was a bit touch-and-go back there! Phew!

Typically, when I\'m stuck in a field, with no shade, excavating a farmhouse with just a trowel, its scorchingly hot. Now I can do what I want? Overcast and rainy!

Yep. I went up Kinder Scout in the Peak District, and all the way up, no views, until, when we get to the bottom, the clouds clear off and leave the sun shining down.:cussing:
