i\'m nearly done putting mine together (i\'ve decided to keep most of the spines off for a sleeker look). am worried about the joint holding his foot to the base. it\'s gonna have to be strong.
nice job on the mini though. bought all the scifi stuff as soon as he released it. very stylised

Mine aint coming off it\'s base. I Araldited a nut into his foot and Milliput-ed around it. Drilled a hole in the base and cut a bolt down so that it screwed tightly into his foot. I then Araldited the bolt to the base and the nut in the foot. To finish off, I Milliput-ed the recess in the base, covering the bolt.
It\'s a brick-shithouse now! I\'ve used silly-sized panel pins to hold the rest together. He seems pretty solid, but it\'s taken ages to do. Just needs his head and the spines adding now.
Oh, I converted the axe as well. It\'s got some nice, simple blades now without all that dodgy skull detailing.
Just have to paint it now really.

is right. shit the bed scott, you could use him as a weapon by the sounds of it! gonna have to give some serious thought to beefing up the joints on mine!
