A little background on the Tick...He certainly isn\'t going to be everyones cuppa...

The Tick is a big hearted goof of a Superhero. He is not very smart but he is \'nigh indestructable\'.

He shares an apartment with his best friend and sidekick \'chum\' Arthur. Arthur, an accountant, has no super powers but really wants to be one...so he wears a giant moth costume...although every thinks he is a bunny.

Egads...that sounds dumb as hell! How come I like this again....:D

True very true!

It is awfully funny.

And some of the offbeat characters are hilarious too....There is a fellow that goes around in a suit made of carpet and inflicts nasty static charges....But he is awfully prone to heat stroke because the suit is so damn hot.

Finn, if you like Pinky and the Brain...NARF!...then I\'m pretty sure you\'ll like the Tick!

(riding in a van with pastries going undercover as waiters...)
\"The Tick caters to NO man!\"

(literally swimming through an undulating river of Santa Claus clones...)
\"It\'s a YULE-tide!\"

I say give it a try...you\'ll probably like it.

I think the existence of \"The Tick\" on DVD might finally be proof of the existence of a higher power in this universe. :D

Which means Bill....

You\'ll need an unrestricted DVD player and an NTSC compatible television. If you don\'t have access to these you will be buying a very expensive beer mat/bird scarer...

I\'ve done it myself, but now have the necessary gear to play American DVDs..
