Spot fixes

Hi everyone.

I\'m needing some suggestions/pointers on fixing a small patch on the face of a 28mm mini that\'s gone chalky on me.
I\'m well into the mini, and don\'t want to have to strip the whole thing down. It\'s just a cheek highlight that\'s gone off on me.
