spring break is a cruel mistress

here i am on my second day of break away from the psychosis that is teaching and i am totally ready for summer. but nooooooooooo.... i have to go back to work for 7 more weeks. spring break you ARE a cruel bitch.

who votes spring break takes over for summer break? heck lets just slack all year round and type on the computer all day. lets live the life of slack and pray to the red stapler.

As a fellow teacher, I cannot help but agree... tis only day 2 of my break and already the reality of my return to my students gnaws at my soul. Love them and loath them, such is the life of a teacher.


p.s. I have was a wage slave long before I was a teacher... the pains of the grind are about even in the end.

Ah no why? I just hate hearing people who have a really good thing going complain about it when others out there are really struggling right now..my self included.
