I shudder to criticize such awesome work, but the green on the hunchback and the bell section of the arm grue look like they need some more highlighting (I assume the trailing guts are part of the basing tweaks, as they don't match the front portions). The fact that those parts are large and seemingly pretty uniform in color draws my eye, and it looks off to me. You are such a good painter, as BAM has said, that I feel bad even trying to critique your work, but perhaps that's helpful. I hope so.
OK, less guiltily: the little witchfires are incredible, the metals (both types) are incredible, the whole figure is incredible. I have to say again that your ability to paint gross nurgly stuff so beautifully is, in my opinion, just a style unto itself. Truly inspirational (if a little soul-crushing in its excellence), Sproket.

Don't mind me, just drooling all over the place...

Back when I was a WFHB player Nurgle was my one true Chaos god and you sir, bring great hommage to him!!
What an amazing piece, I can't even begin to fathom what kind of task it must be to make a unit of those...

Hat off to you!!

Well, if you tell me that chipped enamel effect is merely painted, I'll eat my shoe. The way you've set off the shiny enamel against the dull rust is just lovely.

Congrats man, I don't think I've seen your gutrot mini but I'm sure photos of it will be popping up soon :)

Thanks for the congratulations! Needless to say I'm one very happy painter.
I was more than a little distracted during the run up to GD as, in the first instance, the basing for my unit did not go at all well and I had to junk a weeks work. Once I made that call and went with a simpler style of base things went better. But I ran out of time for posting updates so, rather belatedly, here is the finished Nurgle unit. It won Gold for the Warhammer Unit

And just incase anyone missed my earlier postings here is the finished Gutrot Spume which won Gold for Warhammer Single Miniature and the 2016 Slayer Sword.
