Finished and photographed our Stalwart bunker complex, added some internal shots to show internal ladder system - there are half a dozen figures on and around the model to show scale.

Obviously as its a large model its hard to get everything covered on one file and some of the intricate detail cant be seen, but it should be good enough for a good overview.

Everything is built by us, including all resin turrets, the shield generator, wall panels, control pads, consoles and so forth.

Comments appreciated.

Its a great job. One small thing is the inside floor. It would have looked good tiled or something but that just my opinion. Great job.

Heh! Originally it was tiled... but I changed it as the wife didnt like it like that... I think the tiles were too large being the problem though in anycase.

But sci-fi flooring is a bit hit and miss, I\'ve never found anything that I really like to be honest.

One thing I have found that would make a good floor texture is the plastic blister package that some medications come in. Around the blister where the pill is is usually a very cool pattern that is very small and very symetrical. You would need to do the floor in a number of small to medium tiles as the part of the blister pac with the texture isnt that big. Some I have had I could get mabey a 1/2 inch x 3/8 inch piece.

just went and had a look at a pill packet and, yeah - its kind of like an ultra-small golfball imprint - and it does look good.

My brother is in the plastic industry - i\'ll see if he knows a source for it - cheers!

Some types of plastic \'cloth\', raincoats or cheap tablecloths, can have a real good micro pattern to them.

Really love that bunker.
