If he'd ever given due credit to collaborators such as Steve Ditko & Jack Kirby, his nauseating egotistical blather might be copable with. As it stands he's justifiably important in terms of US comic book history but not in any way a likeable man. This is just further fuel for his over-inflated sense of self importance.

True, but without the cash to pony up, you don't get the vote. To me the Hollywood Star has always been like a self published book - nice, but you pay for it, its not the acclaim of your peers.
