Hi all, I am currently looking for any starwars/jedi minis, ranging from the rancor to darth vader,
So if you know any companys ( even if they just do the odd mini) ill be extremely gratefull. I am mainly after a mini i have previously seen, it was the character from the game \"force unleashed\" however im interested to see what else is availible :)
Thanks in advance.

I think what you\'re referring to is the \"Dark apprentice\" from guild of harmony. It\'s not a Jedi. Not even close. (Translation: Shhh..... don\'t get the guy sued!).

I can\'t link you up from here but I think they sell it in the CMON shop and definetely available at the source, search \"Guild of Harmony\" and go to the shop.

It\'s still not a Jedi/Sith, remember that.

As for the others, good luck. A really cool company from Spain called Knight Models is making super-bitchin\' 70mm Marvel stuff and their page promises Star Wars to come, but that\'s in 70mm. The Marvel stuff they do is about an 84 on the 1-10 scale of cool, so I can\'t wait for their range. But again, 70mm.

I wish someone did a decent non painted 28mm range.

Good Luck, and please post if you get results!

If you don\'t mind older stuff there are a bunch of Star Wars minis made by Grenadier for West End Games, though they are all out of print. They show up on ebay fairly often, though. Here\'s a link to the Stuff of Legends section with links to some of the pictures:

What exactly were you looking for? A specific character type or alien?

I use the WOTC Star Wars figures for Traveller and Star Wars RPG gaming, and I hate them. They are difficult to clean up and some have really poorly sculpted faces and features. I only way around this problem is to recast them, yourself, in resin. This is costly, but you can get a lot of the figures cheaply on EBay. Then you can clean up the mold lines easily, remove heads and even swap arms and weapons. Then glue, new paint and a little GS can be added. You can pick and choose the best sculpted figures and create new poses and character with GS molds. This time consuming process, but considering the horrible figures that WOTC has produced it was the only way for me to create useable miniatures.

Would, I rather buy some factory figures, you bet... in an instance.

Knight miniatures will be doing some 54mm soon!

Looking at the Marvel ones, I think the StarWars ones will be stunning! There\'s a Luke with Yoda and a Han Solo in the pipeline. I for one can\'t wait!!
