Well Ainu wants me to post on cmon so here it is:

a bunch of WIPs for the eldar im painting, all will be for sale when finished

Starks! nice to see you over here mate. Loving the colour scheme of these guys, how did you do the blue weapons? iv been trying to do the same thing with my elf lords sword but it hasn\'t been coming out to well.

the eldar use mostly P3 paints

the blue is Arcane Blue+Cygnar blue Base

add menoth white highlight to brighten, add more cygnar blue to darken..and thena dd purple for extra dark(like around their masks)

P3\'s sure are pretty :D I\'m glad I have the full 64 (no inks, got plenty of those already :p).

OK i\'ve heard of Vallejo and i think i know where to get them but what\'s P3 and where can i get them? all i have is effin GW paints :(

vallejo to me is onyl good for specific colours...GW metals are the best, and their paint is solid...i just like P3 colours a bit more, more colourful i find

P3 is owned by Privateer Press, you can order them from thewarstore.com(you can order vallejo from there as well)

I would suggest Vallejo for the primary colours and some of the desaturated tones that are hard to find elsewhere (and their \"Oily Steel\" is underrated, at least compares to GW\'s \"Chainmail Silver\".
