Sticky testors on resin?

Hi, haven\'t posted here for some time but I have a problem with testors. I bought a small resin piece and the person said they\'d sealed it with testors dullcote. It just arrived today and the coating is really shiny annd sticky soft. I was able to rinse it under the tap and remmove all the crud that had stuck to the coating but now I\'m wondering if there is any way to rescue he actual paint job or will I need to remove and start over

Has anyone else here had this problem before, will it eventually dry annd harden and be able to get another coat to dull everything down, or am I doomed

Try putting it in a crock pot set on very low with a towel or paper towels under it lid closed. This is how I have been told to dry oil paint in the high humudity here. May be it will help you as well. A blow dryer is another option but I have hair and dust issues when I use those.
