Hey everyone. I\'m posting this up as i really need your comments and tips to improve this model. It\'s going into a painting comp at a local model expo on saturday morning so any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.
Also i would like your thoughts on the battle damage on his right shoulder. does it look convincing? Need more Work?

Well, you\'re on the right lines with those highlights, but they look way too stark as they are now...

I\'d go over them with a black wash and build them up a bit more - you need only have a few layers - mix your base colour with the highlight, gradually adding more highlight.

Also, the Red visor of his helmet looks very flat as is.
