I think re-posting it is a good idea. I voted it where I THINK it should\'ve looked from the WIP shots and stuff, but the final pic was poor, especially in comparison with your new image.

In hindsight, if I were a better man I would\'ve told you how I felt Mick. I let you down brutha! NEVER again!

Much better! I\'d up my score on the piece due to the image for sure. I can see a lot more of what\'s going on with the highlighted areas. Seems to work better as a whole now :)

I really did look long and hard at this in the cabinet at Salute but it was just too far away to make it all out well enough :(

By the looks of it, some off the effects are due to realistic surfaces (surfaces using diffence reflective qualities) which often don\'t look half as good on camera without faffing around with the angle of the lighting.

would have loved to have been at salute to get a good look at this guy as i love the larger pieces, and this one looks pretty damn interesting.

Looked good at Salute, it could be one of those permanent WIP jobs.

Was really pleased to get the close up look at Salute and the new pics are an improvement - gone and voted;)

I\'m still getting to grips with RAW Therapee, so they probably still aren\'t as they could/should be, as an example the rear shot gives about the best indication of what the metal trim on the helmet really looks like

this is definitely not a WIP any more, it\'s on the shelf in the cabinet :D

it seems the pic is rejected because \"file too large\"
I\'ve re-saved it so it\'s now only 197kb so how do I swap it out for the old one without losing all the votes, the new url is:
