Suede

I would paint it like normal leather with a tip green

because i think suede looks in real life also a bit green..
try the valejo leather it this small flavor of green.

Suede?!

I use Coat d\'Arms and the following colours...

Barbarian Leather as a base coat, Mix half/half with Festering Brown, taking this as the actual main colour (leaving baa-baa laether only in recesses) and then work through the neat Festering Brown and through Bone and White. If Barbarian Leather is too dark, just start with Festering Brown and possibly add a wash of chestnut/brown thinned with a little dab of the Festering Brown to take away the gloss.

By the way, I\'m notoriously bad at identifying a colour/fabric type! I could be very wrong ;)

Never liked their music personally

Seriously - I always thought suede was about texture. On a large scale, an airbrush spatter does it best but at mini-size \'pouncing\' with a short haired brush - or maybe a toothbrush - in a lighter-than-your-base colour should do it.
