[Suggestion] - Q&A Style Search

A thought just occurred to me. I know it would be a mammoth amount of work but one of the biggest irritations of most people, happens in the Painting & Modelling forum where a question is asked that has been asked multiple times before. Although the question does get answered, the answers often are links to where the question was asked previously.

Would it be possible to have a true "Questions & Answers" type knowledge base? So allow somebody to navigate through a list of questions under various headings and end up with a comprehensive Q&A resource.

Tried it somwhat with my sticky if it is long overdue for an update. But generally the information gets a bit outdated...

I honestly don't get very irritated about it. I don't understand why people get irritated about people asking questions, even if they could use the search engine. Often it is just as much a way to say hello and interact for a newbie.
