Summer Syndrome !

I dont know wether I am alone with this problem but with the summer holidays ending and having had mates from the U.S. staying with us combined with various other friends & relatives visiting or having events my planned projects for U.K. games day are been cut back drastically .I have 2 finished and my other 4 projects look like they could be reduced to just one!lol
One things for sure there will be no all night painting sessions, take it from an old campaigner that is a path fraught with perils & dissapointment. GOD bless ........ VINCENTI

I\'m just always behind with my commission work, and summer sure dont help

I don\'t need the summer as an excuse work does that for me as it is ni on impossible to paint when regardless of time of day somebody else wants your time or the ship is being thrown around in heavy seas or for an exercise.

I had planned 4 entries but the way things are going it will be two or then again maybe just one and that will probably be painted in the week running up to GD providing I get all the re-modelling done on it.

Adrian, I don\'t even have one entry finished. And I\'ve only one at this point which is even well underway. Got three entries planned out to do at the mo...but there\'s a fourth that I really want to do.

And that fourth would be very tough as it\'s a massive project that I\'d probably have to squeeze into about two days...

I have only one entry on the go. I seem to have spent an eternity on it but with a wife, two teenage children and a 1yr old my actual time has been very limited.

Summer time just makes this worse as I have had two holidays aswell

1 entry 50% done.. another 30% done.. a third.. and the big one. eh..well I\'m done with the converting. But It\'ll require at least 100h of painting I think. *sigh* Now I\'m going to sleep.. will paint tomorrow!

Im not going to Games Day but i am making a diorama (which will be entered next year along with anything else i have done by then) and i am about 25% through that (im trying to get it done for games day so i have a sense of time perspective on how long it is going to take to make my REAL entry next year!)

Only two from me this year. Both are well into the painting stage, but need a lot of work if they\'re going to be contenders. I\'m moving house two weeks before GD, so I have to get them finished before then
