For added strength use baking soda with the super glue. That said it will dry fast and you will only get one shot at it but it will be a very strong bond. You can put super glue on one piece and baking soda on the other or put the 2 together and dip into the baking soda. Just don't use this on resin minis as there is a bit of heat due to the rapid reaction.
