The New England Patriots, having NOT lost a game all year face The New York Giants--a team who has been the underdog in every playoff game (including this one!)

Great matchup, great game, great day.

Any fans of American football have predictions, thoughts?

Doing anything special for the Game?

Just watching for the ads?

I\'ve put some money on New York, because if they do win then I\'m set to get a far bit back.

However I can\'t see the Patriots losing the way they have played through out the season.

Should be a good game all in all really looking forward to it!!!

New England have looked awesome all season and Brady is just such a excellent QB. But I\'m a firm believer in its a game that things turn out depending on how you play \"On the night\". I\'ve seen to many teams whether be NFL, Priemer league Football / Soccer or Rugby play extremely well for an entire season / tournaments only to slip up in a final.
Thats why I\'m gonna betting on the Giants to win, yes they have been underdogs and will be seen as that in the game. But in someways that can be good for them, underdogs don\'t have the pressures of that of the favorites.
I wanna add as well that I think E.Manning is just as good as a QB and I think the games gonna go either way depending on how that young lad plays.

I haven\'t really followed the nfl since tv here stopped showing it at a reasonable hour. The up side is that they do show a live game every week but it\'s in the early hours of the morning.

If you have Sky Sports mate they show it at 9pm on SS1, and the games are usually back to back. Or if your like me and watching something else, on the monday early afternoon they have the same games on at 12 - 3 pm.

The way they handled Indy, I thought they\'d play better against NE...but oh well.

To tell you the truth, I\'m not sure what is worse, having \'your\' team not make the playoffs (ie my Vikings) or making the playoffs only to lose in a heart wrencher!

I\'ll be able to get the game in High Def (which is amazing, especially for sporting events), so i\'m really looking forward to it.

These two teams played in Week 17 of the regular season, and it was a real barn burner. I\'m hoping for a shootout.

As much as an achievement would be going \'perfect\' throughout the year (19-0 if NE wins) I\'ll be rooting for the Giants, as I love underdogs!

 :|~ I will have to suck it up and play the generous hostess as my sister’s BF and a couple of his friends are coming to watch the game on our Big Screen TV.... I’ll provide munches but they bring their own drink of choice.

I\'m assuming you are talking about the kicker...Lawrence Tynes.

It\'s funny because I had been telling my Bro-in-law for some time that Mr. Tynes hailed from Scotland, and after the Green Bay game they went to interview him.

So, I say, listen to this guy he\'s from Scotland.

Then he talks in a perfect American accent...

DOH!

I should be since I am originally from Mobile,Alabama. But I am more a fan of hockey, even though I still cheer for Auburn (War Eagle!).

I want to watch this game. I will be cheering for the Patriots. This has doomed them already. Every team I cheer for loses. lol

Superbowl, huh? The only reason I look forward to the Superbowl is because it means that baseball is right around the corner.

:D

P.S. @mrrocknroll: Cool avatar.

No kidding! Just amazing.

That game was so incredible, given the David and Goliath scenario, the impossible perfect season on the line, the video-gate, Eli living in Peytons Shadow...ah amazing.

This is why I think the NFL is the most incredible sport on the planet!!
