SuperBowl XLII

I gotta say, I didn\'t watch much of the game, but the parts I did see were pretty entertaining. How about that New York defense? The Patriots\' o-line just couldn\'t buy Brady any time to look downfield. And the few times he got a chance, there was usually some solid coverage to break up the plays.

I kinda wish I watched more of the game, but honestly that would\'ve meant less painting Wood Elves :p

Lil Manning gets the MVP and all the accolades, but you are right....Holding the \'most potent offense in the history of the NFL\' to a mere 14 points is unbelievable. That D-Line should have gotten the MVP!

How about the commercials? Most were rather lackluster...but I did like the talking baby who hired the \'creepy\' clown.

I should be since I am originally from Mobile,Alabama. But I am more a fan of hockey, even though I still cheer for Auburn (War Eagle!).

I want to watch this game. I will be cheering for the Patriots. This has doomed them already. Every team I cheer for loses. lol

(Yes, I\'m baaaaack - for a little while at least...)

Yep - started my own soap business a year ago and it\'s taken up a lot of time. Imagine that! :D (Check out the website ;) )

Sent you a Baker Holiday Letter so if you don\'t get it let me know.

I\'ll start posting more often if there\'s going to be an ATL Games Day this year. We need to have our Annual CMON BBQ! (Can\'t believe this will be the third one!)

I don\'t know if I should be happy or sad for Moss. He did pull a couple of nice plays at the end, as well as if he had got that last Hail Mary, the Pats would have won. But on the other hand :p:p:p:p \"You still don\'t have that ring, Randy!\":p:p:p:p

What a game, went all the way down to the last seconds of time. If I\'m honest then the defence of the Giants was the best thing on the field. Every time Brady took to the field they harassed him and in my opinion kept him out the game till the 4th quarter. On the other side of it, I feel bad for the Patriots since it would been nice to go the distance and match that of the Dolphins 30 years back, but it wasn\'t meant to be.
That 84 yrd drive by manning through in the 2 mins from time was the best thing I\'ve seen him do all season, what a way to finish a historical win. Well Played lads.

Now to see if the Superbowl Indicator is on for this year - if it is correct the market should turn around and the bulls take over.

Spent Sunday night with a real actor (wife\'s nephew) at a nice dinner. Missed the game. But caught the recap.

THEN, we could hear Times Square from our room, so we went to join the party. The crowd almost had Times Square closed. People everywhere shouting and cheering. Then someone would come down the street with fans standing in the sunroof and cheering. The crowd would go nuts. Horse cops kept having to push the crowd back to keep a lane or two open.

Went on til dawn, but we did not stay that long.
