Hey Liz, have you tried one of those sinus salt water enigma things? The one that I have seems to do the trick clearing things up and may help with your cold. Target\'s got them behind the pharmacy counter for about 15 bucks.

Thanks duckie! My Dad used to have us do that with warm salt water when I was young. Dries you out but it\'s not a plesant exerience.
