@Liz: Comprehension kid. Luck and lots of it.

Airhead enjoy tight lines and say Hi to Grumb for us all.
Roger when you\'ve finished taking over don\'t forget you\'ll need some ministers (lackeys) to help rule (line our pockets).

As for me well it\'s a bank holiday on Monday in the UK so a 3 day weekend. :D
I\'m meeting up with Danny77 in Bolton Saturday to go over some painting bits N pieces and to see how his missus, Emma is doing. She\'s due to \"Download\" a brand new mini sometime in June.
(They are a smashing couple, a bit like Mr Bingley and Jane from \"Pride & Prejudice\", but with a bit more sense.)

Well, after a harrowing day I treated myself to sushi for dinner and $98.00 worth of gamezone minis. This is the last hurrah for a while as I now have to watch every penny I spend like a hawk.

Bubba, cheery tropical drinks with paper umbrellas for everyone on my tab. It\'s getting really depressing around here.

Cheers to freedom everyone! :drunk:

Bubba, A very large glass of something extremely alcoholic and strong please to be brought to my usual seat in the quiet corner of the coffin dodgers lounge.

2 hours ago I had a very, very unexpected visit from my son whom I have never seen before and I still can\'t stop shaking. It went well though and we are going to keep in touch so it was positive. I just can\'t get my head around it at the moment.

I think this calls for a group hug. Oh, and have a cigar, WG. It\'s tradition for new fathers, isn\'t it? Even if you are the proud father to a new 21 year old.

:D debs on Merlin\'s job at court......I can look mystical and impressive in a tall pointy hat, toss in a short skirt, fishnet stocks and who cares if I don’t have a “wand” or not. ;)lollollol

edit: WEN!! you got the damn the karaoke machine hooked up yet. I think I\'ll sing Witchy Woman first, followed then Seaon of the Witch! :drunk::drunk::drunk:

I can\'t say who\'s in or not yet. I have to be proffessional about the process. Oh hell, who am I kidding, there\'s no better person for the job. Of course it\'s not going to be the whole Arthurian thing. I\'m not all that keen on having my wife betray me with my best knight and my son declaring war on me.

EDIT: Tech support phoned again to check everything\'s running okay and it is so they\'ve signed off on my case now. Also, the first bits of my camera setup have arrived, although not the camera itself yet.

Sorry, it won\'t. You need the sun\'s UV rays for that and anyway, you\'ll be wearing rags. And don\'t even think about stealing any of the meat off the roast.

EDIT: Just bought myself the Crunchwaffle wagga minis. A shame there doesn\'t appear to be a UK retailer, though. Shipping was almost as much as the minis.

The cheerleaders will not be going in the kitchen. Pi-roast boy was not on Tony Robinson\'s \"Worst Jobs in History\" for nothing, y\'know.

Nope, sorry, you were just dreaming there Squigy. You get to eat the left overs of the umble pie (which is left over bits from what us lordly folk eat).

Here\'s the job description:

Hampton Court Palace is looking for a new spitboy, or turnbrooch. You will be one of six who roast meat for the king and his company. At the very bottom of the kitchen ladder, or perhaps not even on the ladder, spitboys are supervised by a team of 12 cooks under the control of the master cook. Gordon Ramsay is a pussy cat compared to these guys.

The cold of the English winter will be a distant memory as you build up a nice tan in front of one of the six roaring fires in the kitchen, where you will be positioned hour after hour and day after day. Leftovers from the delicious roasted meats may be offered to you after the king, his noblemen, the stewards, the cooks, the maids and the dog have all had their share.

It\'s ok, I don\'t much trust ladders anyway

Firstly, you think the English winter would affect me in the slightest having lived in Iceland? Secondly, it\'s ok. I\'m fairly skinny and don\'t eat that mush anyway. Thirdly, Ha! so now you admit it would replenish my tan

That will be all,
Squig

Right, it looks like you need a new job.

For those of you who are from far humbler stock than the nobles but still have a yearning to work in the human sewage business, we can offer you the position of gong scourer, or gong farmer.

This high-risk business – digging out solid blockages of compacted excrement in sewers and emptying stodgy cesspits – can offer significant financial rewards. However, you are required to work unsociable hours when no one else is likely to be up. And your horse will probably be your best and only friend, bearing in mind the overwhelming stench that will continually surround you.

That means no cheerleaders for you, matey!
