Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates.

\'In honor of this holy season\' Saint Peter said, \'You must each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven.\'

The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. \'It represents a candle\', he said.

\'You may pass through the pearly gates\' Saint Peter said.

The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, \'They\'re bells.\'

Saint Peter said \'You may pass through the pearly gates\'.

The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of woman\'s panties.

St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, \'And just what do those symbolize?\'

The man replied, \'These are Carols.\'

And So The Christmas Season
Begins......

it was game night yesterday. A game of No Limits with my Grymn up against Space Marines. Now, these were slightly weaker than in 40k due to my opponent deciding that the list which exists for the No Limits version had the marines too expensive to field many troops so I was basically facing SMs armed with lasguns instead of bolters.

Early losses of my O\'Grym and the railgun, as well as a couple of troops from my heavy infantry meant that I thought I was in for a tough game. I got some revenge when I took out his attack bike and then his chaplain on bike. Once I managed to get out of sight of his heavier weapons I could pick off his other units which had to cross too much open ground. Two tactical combat squads were annihilated, one by my chaingun, the other taken piecemeal by various units, starting with a clean headshot from my sniper \"Liz\".

That sent the signal for the assault trrops to jump into action. Led by \"Donna\" they landed on the marine\'s leader, their libraian. One trooper wounded the librarian whilst the killing blow was left to Donna, claiming the scalp of the marine\'s general.

The unit came under fire from a tactical squad but Donna and one trooper survived.

It was only a matter of time, though as my units closed the remaining two marine squads down. The tactical squad was quickly dealt with. First by some rifle fire and then Donna and her comrade killing another marine, forcing the marines to flee, right into the path of my heavy infantry sergeant, who shot down one more. The last fell to the light infantry sergeant.

The devastator squad were being picked off with a couple falling to my HMG unit, Bonnie & Klyde. The final one fled but rallied himself only to be taken out by Liz, thus ending the game with the marines being annihilated.

The Grymn were victorious! Yay!

Roger, were you actually using HF Grymm models?

Which army were you representing? Guard?

Sounds interesting.

Yep, HF Grymn, and they were representing, err, Grymn! It was No Limits not 40k. You can have an army of anything as there are rules for creating races and such. The only thing missing is a background world and story, but that doesn\'t stop anyone creating one or using another one. As long as the minis are in pretty much the same scale there are no problems.

@Cybersquig. What is it you can\'t figure out?

Hi boys. Been busy the last few days. Anything I should know about? Hows Duckie\'s burn? Decorations look nice.

Think I\'ll have a couple of drinks if there\'s a hunk of a man who wants to join me. What\'s the special, Bubba?

That stuff is like drinking spiced lighter fluid! Instead, I made up a batch of Kool Aid and mixed a couple shots with a glass. Surprisingly good! :D :D

So, I\'ve entered the freak bar for the first time. Nice place. Maybe I should have
come sooner. Ah, well.

For the present, I\'ve left the hobby completely. And now, I buy a round for
all, and slip quietly out again, taking my leave of the forums, as well, until I\'m
once again drawn in by the lure of little men, and the ability to afford the hobby
once again.

Love to all. Have happy holidays.

As a great man once said....

\"I shall return.\"

One day.

Terribly sorry to see you leave, Naukhel.

Bartender, I don\'t drink but I\'m going to start today.

Give me something strong enough to not remember the last couple of days.
