Decent models for gaming, a whole army painted to this standard would look quite good. Nice to see you\'ve experimented adding battle damage or wear to some parts of the miniatures, showing bare metal under the worn off paint. Personally I\'m not too fond of the colour scheme: there\'s very little contrast between the blue and turquoise. Up as close as the pictures are, the OSL glowing effects on the weapons don\'t do that well, I think though that from a distance on the battlefield it will look good enough.
Spacemunkie mentioned the bases, and the difference in size. You\'ve used a large round base for the one, and a large flying-stand-base for the other. To have the two on bases of the same sort, while retaining the flying stand-idea for the one, you could equip a normal large round base with the clear plastic rod from the flying-base by selecting one of the pre-cast rounds on the bottom of the base, cutting the hole on the top (drilling would be best, as you want the fit to be as tight as possible), gluing the flying-stand rod in place and adding the miniature. You should pick a spot for the hole and rod just a bit to the back from the middle of the base, to compensate for the miniature being attached to the rod at a point where its weight is out of balance, causing it to want to topple over to the front.
Uh, yeah, so something like that

Anyway, keep practising and good luck :]
