Apologies for that the FB photo seemed fine but if I scale up the saved image it gets all blurry.

Basically - kill a 'Toxic' Zombie in the same zone as your Survivor and it'll cause a wound on the survivor that killed it. "Toxic Blood Spray". All Zombie types can be Toxic...
