Team Actions

When selecting team members for team actions... does every member of the team need to be able to do the team action or is the only requirement that you must select two members.

For example I have a team of three characters, Travis, Parker and Bear. Travis and Parker are both able to see and shoot at a zombie pack, but bear is on the other side of the map out of line of sight. Can I on Parker's activation, bring Travis into a Shoot! team action without Bear?

Meanwhile, Bear off by himself, because he's by himself, can not initiate a team action?

Yes! You can start a team action that involves only part of your team, with a minimum of 2. Who starts it needs to participate!
