Technical question about voting and the magical 50

I watched his score, steadily going down from somewhat more than 7 to the range of six and currently he hit the upper fives. The thing is about the number of votes. Currently 49 votes are displayed, but I know as fact that that guy once had 51. currently he is at 49 and hasn\'t moved for... is it already weeks?

It\'s not the score I\'m complaining about, I just wondered about the number of votes. Why are at least 2 missing now and why does the number of votes not increase? Is he not voted on? While that may be, my other minis seemed to have received quite some votes, so am I just unlucky with him? Where did the 2 votes go? Is this the anti sniper system that kicked in and just deleted 2 votes or is there a way to withdraw your vote?

It is probably the anti-sniper system - I see it all the time where I will have fewer votes than the previous day, and my score is back where it was. As a matter of fact I am hoping to see one fewer vote on my latest tomorrow to get rid of the \"1\" I just got

I think Primeval nailed it.

But, I think he is underscored. Revisited him with a critical eye and can\'t see anything that is blatently bad. But:
He is on a game base which seems to cost a point around here.
His face may not show up well on some monitors.
