Aah - that makes more sense. The first photo rather confused me with its lack of face since you'd done great detail work on everything else. Are you basing "him" on anything?
I'm pretty keen to try my hand at sculpting, but I don't really know what to use. Thinking about using clay for the first attempts because it's easy to get and not too expensive.

Yay Nurgly! I had so much fun with my last mini that I could become a fan of the style. Not all of the models, but there are some great characterful ones.

Looks great. If this is one of your first tries, then you have some talent there bud. Keep it up and we may be painting one of your bust or minis one day.

Is it wrong that I agree with you? I'd caution that less is more with the wiggly little guys. Especially if you're going to "gross" him up some more. This isn't a sentence I thought I'd ever type, but: you want the maggots to be an extra touch and a mini focal point, not overwhelming. Make sense?

Thanks guys , I want him absolutely sickening , I live on a property with cattle and horses and know what a beast looks like when a wound or a dead one is infected with fly blight and maggots . When they are really ripe it looks like the skin is moving ,just with the moving crawling of the maggots ,enough to make you sick.
