Terrain, Heroscape, Mcfarlane Dragons - Cleaning game room to make room for new baby!

I've got a bunch of older terrain pieces I've made, including a Dwarven Tomb inspired by Moria, a very large Dwarven Mountain Fortress made from Hirst Arts blocks and foam, a bridge set with four towers and cliff sections designed for use in the Red Hand of Doom campaign, and a few smaller bits and pieces. I've also got a bunch of loose dragons, Spawn figures, Conan and Lord of the Rings figures in varied condition, an unopened AT-43 starter set, and some Heroscape stuff, a starter, the Marvel set, and some extra terrain tiles if memory serves correctly.

I'm really looking for someone who might be local to Portland, Oregon (US West Coast), as shipping this stuff is going to be prohibitively expensive and complicated. Here are just a couple of pictures of the larger terrain pieces...

Willing to accept any reasonable offers in cash or possibly 40k miniatures (Space Marines primarily). There's probably $500 worth of stuff total here, let me know if you're local and would like to come take a look.
