I was thinking on doing a 3-d map for mage knight. And i was wondering if anyone else uses those little christmas dioramas things that are released in christmas time to make like buildings or whatever or is it just a stupid idea:~(

I think it\'s a great idea! Just picked up some hedges from Big Lots. There was 4 round hedges in the pack for $.50! A little drybrushing to get rid of the \"snow\" and they are perfect! Now is the time to check craft stores, drug stores and the like because all the stuff is on sale now. should be able to pick trees, hedges and rock walls for dirt cheap!

First, I am in no way affiliated w/ HirstArts so this is just a friendly suggestion from one hobbyist to another ... check this out if you\'re interested in building MageKnight arenas:

With the right plaster and a little care, you can create something that\'ll last for a long time and be exactly what you want.

I just love that Hirst Arts stuff.

I could imagine becoming totally hooked and attempting to design and build my own cathedral or something...lol

And you could do that while browsing the forums: Cast pieces, write a comment, take pieces out of the mold, write a comment, glue them together, write a comment.
Just priming them in front of your screen could become a little messy. ;)
