Testing a new Photo Set-up

As the title says I've been testing a new Photoset up.
This is a Re-worked Farseer I got given.
It's FoulCrust so I'm not to worried about the paintjob or whatnot I'm just interested in feed back on the picture.

I've been Unhappy for a while over the pictures I've been taking, mostly due to the fact that I know I'm anally retentive over my Photographs.
(I used to teach Photography and do demonstrations talks in camera clubs. Good Grief that's almost 30 years ago!)

I've just tried a couple of things in order to try a Close up Video in the light tent.......not 100% satisfactory on video, but the still camera loved it.
Two Cheap Clip on lights by Rolson, £6.00 at Tesco in the UK.

Light is very good, but I think the focus of the camera is always at the front of the base and not on the middle axis of the miniature!? Imho

Well , it's not upside down or sideways like how us Aussies like them ...
pic looks good but where is that glare coming from on the cloak in the second pic, it looks like there is one light source that's not diffused enough.
