Testors Dullcote vs Mr Super Clear UV Flat varnish

I know that many people swear by Testors Dullcote when it comes to a flat matt varnish, but has anyone here had any experience with Mr Super Clear UV flat varnish?
After doing some research I see that its considered the top tier product in the Doll making world, with Testors Dullcote being secondary, but I can barely find anything about it when it comes to war gaming and miniature forums.
Is there a reason why this isn't used as much as Dullcote when it comes to the mini world other than availability (Mr Surface Clear being from Japan and all)?

Basically, I have some Heresy Blood Angels marines that I want to coat so I can game with them without worrying about damaging them. I hit them first with Vallejo Gloss through the airbrush, and now I want to flatten that gloss with a good matt varnish. After trying Vallejo matt and Army Painter anti shine, I'm not very satisfied with either so I'm looking for a good alternative to those.

Another question I have is how safe is it to use Mr Surface Clear or Testors Dullcote over an acrylic based varnish such as Vallejo Gloss varnish? Are there any precautions I have to take so the interaction between the two doesn't damage the paint job?

All that being said, are there any other flat matt varnishes you would recommend. I hear that W&N Proffesional matt is great too, but I'm having trouble finding a can where I live.

I haven't used Testors Dullcoat yet since it's hard to find in Germany. I could imagine a lot of people who don't have an airbrush like it because it comes in a rattle can. I used Mr Super Clear gloss varnish but it's a bit smelly.

As an alternative to Vallejo I'ld recommend trying AK Ultra Matte Varnish. It's an acrylic varnish and I use straight from the bottle in my airbrush. The finish is indeed super matte and doesn't smell as bad as laquer based varnishes do.
AK recommends thinning it with their acrylic thinner if you want to spray it. I guess Vallejos airbrush thinner or similar products should work as well. But as I mentioned it works straight of the bottle for me. I just ramp up the pressure on my compressor to squeeze it through my Iwata Eclipse (0.35mm nozzle).

molder master flat is good brushed on or through the airbrush! 3 thin coats protects pretty well so far. dulcote is still my #1 tho :)
