Text Modifiers

It would be nice if the 'text modifiers', URL link button, image link button and such were there.....maybe thy are there now but I can't find them. There's a thing 'manage attachments' but it keeps saying invalid something or other......

Go to "user CP" up on the top bar of the page.
In the left menu list there is the heading - "settings and Options" - choose "Edit Options".
On that page right down the bottom under "Miscellaneous Options" there in the box "Message Editor Interface" choose the "Enhanced interface - Full WYSIWYG editing"

Then you will get all the buttons back.
