Well as I understand it....
From the point of view of a wine drinker....
Anything with feathers or scales ie all poultry and fish is classified as \'white meat\' and should be accompanied by white wine.
Dead mammals are \'red meat\' and scould be accompanied by red wine.
Sometimes I skip the meat bit altogether and just drink the plonk:flip:
