I think the guys at Forgeworld are on the \'wacky backy\':D

Thought the Eldar revenant Titan was big?

Check this out:

Not exactly cheap at 625 pounds either, that\'s $1126:eek:

You can check out more pictures here:

And yes, that is a Baneblade coming through those gates, not a poxy little LeMan Russ...

And no, I wont be buying one....

Apart from the fact that, even I think, $1126 is too dear for a toy....

Even the ever-amenable Mrs finn would draw the line at a castle with two foot high towers cluttering up the lining room carpet:D

*EDIT*For those who would like something a *little* smaller...How about a Thunderhawk transporter?
tht10store.jpg

Big enough to carry either a Land Raider or two Rhinos. A snip at 395 pounds or $712:bouncy:

At the other end of the scale did you see the multipart epic grey knights with insignia on their shoulderpads. They\'re all mad I tell you! Mad!. MAD!

I have to admit the fortress is a bit over the top I could however see myself modelling a thunderhawk transporter. I did suspect that one was on the way as it is listed in the Imperial Armour vol 2.

You know, what I\'d gladly buy would be some G.I. Joe (Action Man for you brits) scale power armor.

Nothing would rock more than having a 30\" fully poseable Space Marine complete with accesories on the desk near the monitor...

Wow... Sheesh, if they\'re making something that big, maybe there\'s still hope for a 40k scale Manta Missile Destroyer (about a four foot wingspan). Not that I\'d ever buy it.

Ok as a 40K player I have to ask one question: WHY?.

Granted it\'s nice to look at probably, a B*****d to paint, but what use is is on a battlefield?
It\'s only purpose (Gaming wise ) is to stop your opponent winning. It\'s real purpose to make even more extortionate profit for Forgeworld!

As I said in a previous thread: it\'s for people with more money than sense.

The fortress is beautiful. I would love to have. I don\'t know if I\'ll like myself if I dropped that much cash on just one item.

woooah that is a beast. nicely done. i\'d love to see the type of people who buy that! i worry about buying stuff from forgeworld. they have some great stuff but i find they tend to be not very good quality and need a load of work to remove mould lines and to make up for warping etc. even so i want a thunderbolt cos i\'m reading double eagle at the mo and it\'s really good!! but again £75 for a plane - it\'s a lot
