yeah i\'d need it together with a pint

still, i\'m not sure that a \"scaring tales from operating room\" topic would be much appreciated by our mini painters... or not?

i have some pics in my archive here... really scaring!

Yep Surgeons & Consultants are called Mr, Mrs, Miss or Ms depending on several factors, mostely the gender and marital status.

So Luca and Fizl shall we leave you alone to play \"Doctors & Nurses\".;) lol

if the main perk of being a surgeon is having spare time, you might have just as well been a student forever, as you get loads and cheap alcohol. (ignoring no money)

OK class, settle down.....

Surgeons are called Mister when they hit Consultant Status, befre that they are doctors.

Medical Consultants are Doctors all the way!

And just to add another nursey pic (not of me though):

Yes its from my favorite game of all time!

And yes, I have hundreds of spare scalpel blades cos the sterile date had expired! I don\'t think I\'ll ever have to buy one again!

Hmm, there is this great miniature of a doctor that would fit those drawings I\'ve been seeing in this thread. Unfortunately I\'ve no idea where it is, so I can\'t show it but perhaps somebody here can recognise the description and point us to a picture on internet.

It\'s a doctor in surgeon uniform standing cross-armed with a huge wooden hammer in one hand, mask and lots of tools on his belt. It was for some SF or cyberpunk game and unfortunately OOP.

Is this a miniatures site or something!!

Don\'t know the figure you mean, the only ones I can think of off hand are the Call of Cthulhu doctors. I think these are still available - I\'m sure someone will come along to confirm it!

No, not a CoC figure I\'m afraid. It was from some SF or Cyberpunk game. Oh well, I\'m sure that I will run into it within a month or two. When I do I\'ll post the picture. The name of the good doctor was semi-German.

Oh, and the RAFM CoC figures are still available. I believe they just did a modern range of that too. As to the Grenadier ones, that\'s a bit unclear.
