So we\'re oficially running the project! The \"Chest of Colors First Anniversary\" army will be created! Want to join us?

CofC Anniversary?
Yes, our little community is over a year old and we wanted to celebrate this anniversary with a special project. We\'ll be painting an army, which will be sold, and the whole profit will be given to charity. We\'re don\'t want the money for ourselves, we want to do something together. To show that we feel we\'re a community, we\'re friends, who want to do something for a common cause
So if you are a fellow miniatures enthusiast, why don\'t you join us? You will be another member of the Legion
What army?
We decided (after discussing and voting) we would be going for a Chaos Space Marines army. Chaos Undivided, because it will allow more variety and will go well with the theme of various colors (Chest of Colors). It will be also more tollerant to different styles of all the painters involved and will allow more freedom with choice of the minis you would like to paint...
We created a fictional Chest of Colors Legion, where you can make yourself a member of it. When you\'re painting a mini you can call it with your nickname or name, and so, you will become a trooper in the legion
What are the Legion\'s colors?
We\'re currently discussing the colors for the legion. We want to use some colors of our website in some way, so greens and sand colors will be used in some way. We\'re still not sure about any particular color scheme though, but followers of particular gods can use their \'official\' colors as long as the minis will match the army as such

What is the Legion\'s logo?
As for now we\'re still not sure what will be the logo of the Legion. You can check this thread and participate in this discussion. Navarro suggested several variants of a stylized version of the CofC sign with a simplified representation of a brush. Some of the ideas are really good!
How do you contribute?
Just check what minis are already \"taken\". Whoever declared their participation in the project, they \"booked\" their minis in this thread. LadyEyes, ToMaZ, and Skrit keep compiling the army list in a separate post, so you should be able to see an updated list of the army (so far) here.
When you know what you want to paint, just let the coordinators know. Thanks
You don\'t have enough time to paint a whole unit?
And nobody expects this much from you. Many of us are contributing only single miniatures. If everybody added a single mini to this army, it would be something cool even then! On the other hand, some participants are preparing whole units or even vehicles. We\'re gonna be THE legion!
And don\'t worry much about time, we don\'t want to make people have to rush their works. The deadline won\'t be before the end of August, so that you should be able to paint one mini in this time. If you\'re afraid it\'s not enough, let us know
