Previoulsly agnostic, present believer in all gods. Each diety is only one facet of the true sum of existence.

Accept that all faiths are true and all forms of worship are valid....

....or rot in purgatory. Simple as that.

Damn, someone got there first!

It would take a lot of nouns and adjectives to describe what i believe [at the moment. What i do know is that i am certainly a heretic and [as i understand it] ex-communicated

I once saw a Hawaiian native say this in a documentary and it puzzled me:

reporter: \"are you a religious man?\"
native: \"oh yes, I am a Christian. I believe in my savior Jesus Christ and Pele.\"

(Pele is the Hawaiian volcano goddess)

Has anybody heard of the John Frum Cargo Cult?

Give it another thousand years, a few good ghostwriters, some publicity, and presto! Heeere\'s Jesus!

History in the making....I\'m surprised anthropologists aren\'t all over this. :D

I dont know who John Frum is but yes I have heard of the Cargo Cult. It was mentioned in a book by the physicst Richard Feynman (called: \"But Seriously Mr. Feynman\". Great book, funny).

Excommunicate?

I\'d like to clarify that excommunication is alive and kicking. I\'ve got the badge :)

That was a goodly amount of years in the past mind you.

As far as I know....

...it takes quite the thing to get x\'d.
Like perhaps starting your own cult and convincing others you are part of the church and leading them all away... and even then...
Its very extreme is all I know- I asked my uncle( he\'s an Oblate missionary) about that one years ago.
If you have a tale- do tell;)

I have no belief in anything spiritual unless it comes in bottled form from a Mr J Daniels.

Let\'s not forget about Mr. Daniels cousin Mr. Beam. Those two together are a religion all themselves.

I\'m of the cult of the square slotta bases with the bidirectional slots! (I horde them whenever I find them since they\'re no longer made. Not every soldier stands at 45 degrees you know.)

I was excommunicated partly because I questioned hell and the trinity as doctrine, and then through distancing myself so that they had no choice. It wasn\'t dramatic, I just felt that the dogma was more based on tradition and human interpretation than any other motive. When I tried to make head or tail of it all and came out with less hard-line results, I found it difficult to stick with them. Don\'t know what to think any more :)
