I am posting this to show my appreciation to what seems like a vastly under appreciated company: Malestromgames, and their banelegions range of miniatures.

I say under appreciated, because I can find but a single post regarding their range of minis, and they aren't even listed as a manufacturer in the gallery!

I purchased The Terror of Fortriu, the huge chimera miniature, after finding it on eBay for a good price.

Wow, and I mean WOW, what a fantastic miniature, incredible details, the best quality resin I have ever worked with, strong, but flexible, trims as easily as butter, glues together incredible strongly, and a joy to paint.

Based on this purchase, I am going over the back catalogue, and already purchased their evil ent tree man mini.

Unfortunately, much of their range leaves me cold, and the latest Demon is a heart-stopping 100 GBP!

But, please give their range a chance, I'd hate to see them go under due to a lack of demand.

There are a few examples on here of their stuff but you have search by the miniatures name as they have not made it onto the manufacturers list as yet. I have painted one of their figures Maagaan... http://www.coolminiornot.com/290668?browseid=2459390 and found it to be very nicely detailed and rather nice to paint. I have looked through their back catalogue and found their range to be a bit hit and miss. Some of their minis are fantastic... some not so.
As to seeing them go under, they appear at trade shows and such like and seem to be doing pretty well judging on the fact that they keep designing new figures.

I'm just not into fantasy at the moment, but they do have some very cool stuff. The beastmen look cool.

That demon of dis is amazing.

I have been drooling over these for a very long time. I have bought afew ofmthe banelegion minis to check out the casting quality before dropping the big cash. And so far so excellent.
