Hi!
My name is Wojtek, I'm painting miniatures for ~8 years, but I feel like I started making progress not longer than 1,5 year ago.
First few years of my painting was an endless circle of starting new projects, giving up on them (as I wasn't satisfied enought with results) and stripping paint off lots of minis.
Than, two years ago I said to myself : enough! Time to finish something, start filling shelves of my room with some painted minis, not only grey plastic.
From that very moment i promised myself that I'll never give up on any project and never ever strip paint. It helped a lot. Ive started noticing progress, lerning new techniques, even those i thought are available only for art gifted people (such as NMM).
For more than a year from now Ive started doing commisions for people, it makes me feel really good when I see how people are happy when receive well painted minis.
Now I'm boldly looking into my future as a hobbyst, hoping to start taking part in paintnig competition, maybe won some one day.
So never give up and accept your painting as they are, couse futre ones will be much better!
In this thread, I'd like to share some works and wips with you guys and hope for advices how to improve my paintings
