The cadians WIP\'s

Okay so agains the wishes of my wallet i have recently got several minis with another in the post [size=-2]yay[/size]

so i thought id try to do some WIP\'s on them

heres the first a nurgle champion.

I know that i need to tidy it up a bit in places but so far im very happy with it.Its a first for me in a couple of ways, one its the first time ive used washing up liquid in my washes and so far its working, theres not as many tide marks and the second is the blood.Ive tried a new technique for this and i really like it!!

A great start, I really like the grungy metals and the blood. Some things I think you could do to make this piece even better - firstly, his right eye looks a bit wonky, and secondly I think (and this is only my opinion) that he looks a little too healthy in the face for a servant of Papa Nurgle - perhaps add some purple and green tinge to it to make it look more sickly? Just an idea. :)

Look forward to more work on him, and the other ones in the post.

i love the rust it is done so well. i would love to learn how to do that. tell me please,, :D

the face is a bit off though. the eyes look wonky... fix that and your in the clear.

the tutorial for my rust ids on CMON its done by alan c (i think)

Its on his troll he did, mine is a slightly altered version.

I painted this model a few years ago myself, and yours do look a lot better! :p
