Waaah Hoooooo!
I\'ve finally started my GD entries!
As ever, I’m miles behind where I planned to be. The 3 entries I intended to do have now become a probable one, or an optimistic two!!
I find the most difficult part of painting any mini, for me, is either the very beginning or the very end.
At the start I always get really into the conversion etc., but when the undercoat goes on I start to deliberate and postulate to such an extent that actually putting paint on the model often never gets underway! ???
Once I start it\'s a different matter. I love it! Especially doing the large areas of clothing etc. when you really start to give depth to the model.
Then..............as I get toward the end the anchors go back on! I find it really hard to keep my motivation up when you know there’s at least another five or ten hours left in the model.
I\'m hoping that having a specific deadline will push me on but, who can tell
Anyway, I’d be interested to know how you people work round these problems or, how you approach different stages of the mini!
Well, that’s the base coat done! Back to the painting.
Cheers all, and see you at GD
